Job Responsibilities1) Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Divisions hiring needs
2) Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates,
interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
3) Handle on-boarding
4) Support the administration of internship
5) Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
6) Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers
expectations
7) Responsible for meeting KPIs
8) Address to employees issues promptly
9) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable lawsPeriod:
