Job Description


Basic: Up to $3200Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pmLocation: Paya Lebar QuartersResponsibilities:

  • Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to understand Hiring Division's hiring needs
  • Handle day-to-day recruitment operations such as posting of job advertisements, screening and shortlisting of candidates, interview scheduling to the on-boarding of new hires
  • Handle on-boarding and off-boarding administrative matters
  • Support the administration of scholarship and internship
  • Creation and maintenance of employee records in HR system and P-Filing
  • Ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers' expectations
  • Responsible for meeting KPIs
  • Address to employees' issues promptly
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
Requirements:
  • Singaporeans ONLY.
  • Min. 1 year working experience in end-to-end recruitment, offboarding, HR operations.
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, administration, or related field.
  • Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office including intermediate level for Excel.
  • Prior experience with Workday and/or SAP systems is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience with working with government agencies is an added advantage.
