• You will be responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple workforce ready transactions/activities in scope for Operational Services and Global & Regional Functions.
• You will coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from onshore team to respective HR Operations teams (e.g. Payroll, Analytics & Assurance).
• You will coordinate case resolution activities and communicate requests from receiving customers to WFR Experience Management team.

What are we looking for?

• Open to college graduates in Psychology, HRDM-related courses
• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in Recruitment / Sourcing / Human Resources
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
• Willing to go back on-site once recalled

Good to have skills:

• Familiarity with Taleo or another Applicant Tracking System
• Basic Knowledge of resourcing, recruiting, onboarding and movements processes
• Basic experience in use of EC, SAP, Success Factors ATS and Onboarding systems
