\xc2\xb7 Able to speak mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers

Responsibility

\xc2\xb7 Support Hourly recruitment, onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities

\xc2\xb7 Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters

\xc2\xb7 Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators

\xc2\xb7 Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement

\xc2\xb7 Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting

\xc2\xb7 HR administrative such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday system
