The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work within a leading air hub in Asia.
  • This is a newly created role as my client is embarking on a Journey of Digital Transformation and Innovation, and will be leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decisions and optimize their workforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our organization\'s talent strategies, enhance employee experiences, and drive data-informed decision-making across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Salary: up to $4.5k!
  • Location: East

The Talent
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with preferably 1 to 2 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python & SQL
  • Textbook knowledge of Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Power BI
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
The Job
  • Collect and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS Source Systems, Excel, csv files containing data from other Enterprise Source Systems, SharePoint Lists, SQL Database
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of people metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and analyse key HR trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns and trends related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and other critical HR areas.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify and define key metrics and performance indicators aligned with strategic HR objectives.
  • Serve as a Functional Expert and Project Manager for all HRIS System Related Integrations alongside IT; ensuring that best practices are adhered to for capturing good quality data.
  • Design and deliver ad hoc and regular reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in people analytics, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of our analytics capabilities (Native HRIS Tools, External Add-ons).
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations, such as PDPA and other applicable data protection laws.
  • Act as a trusted advisor/consultant to HR and business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning
