Job Description
- Office hours: Mon to Thurs 830am - 6pm; Fri 830am - 6pm
- Central (5-10 mins walk from City Hall/Clarke Quay MRT)
- Salary up to $5,500 + AWS
Your new role
You need to serves as a consultant to the Divisional Director(s) and managers on HR-related issues that is aligned to the business needs and direction:
- Collaborate with different department to understand their manpower requirements.
- Work with hiring managers to implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to fill vacancies.
- Handle and resolve any employee relations concerns.
- Interact with both management and employees to enhance work relationships, improve morale, and reduce attrition rates.
- Offer guidance and interpretation on HR policies.
- Perform exit interviews, compile, and analyze the causes of employee turnover.
- Take part in and oversee different HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Singapore.
