We are partnering exclusively with a renowned US engineering company with exponential growth and exciting expansion plan for the region. It is a high energy team with strong collaborative culture.

This is sought after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as HR Business Partner. You will be someone who takes pride in working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key. This incumbent will play a pivotal role, taking care of both strategic (main scope) and operational scope. Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will be a key member of the HR team and play an advisory role on all human capital matters \xe2\x80\x93 sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders. You will work alongside the Global HR Director, designing HR strategies to meet business goals.

You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business \xe2\x80\x93 from operations to business partnering. Responsibilities include but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93 HR analytics, stakeholder management, talent management, HR operations, recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management etc.

The successful applicant for this role will be commercially minded, have strong stakeholder management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and driving change. You be coming from a strong background having delivered within a HR Business Partner role.

Compensation: SGD 104,000, excluding bonus
