Job Description
Frazer Jones are partnering with a world leading technology brand, in their search for a Lead HR Business Partner to support their international e-commerce business. You will partner with global stakeholders on ensuring alignment between business strategy and people strategy, supporting the growth of one of the most successful business units in the Group.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of Business Partners overseeing a global client group based across locations
- Liaise with senior stakeholders on People strategy and manpower planning
- Manage Talent Management, Succession Planning and Learning
- Lead HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention
- Conduct talent reviews, performance management programmes and talent development
- Proven experience in a HR Leadership role, managing HR teams
- Regional and/ or global HR Business Partnering experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience liaising with global leadership
- Effective verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Experience of establishing strategic HR initiatives
- Naturally commercial and able to align people strategy with business strategy
