Job Description

Our client is a Global MNC company in the Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the company\xe2\x80\x99s various HR projects (eg. payroll integration, employees\xe2\x80\x99 documents digitalization etc.)
• Responsible for supporting the company\xe2\x80\x99s system management and HR infrastructure services
• Responsible for identifying areas which can improved, with regards to the content and/or delivery
• Responsible for liaising with the company\xe2\x80\x99s regional stakeholders to improve the internal customer experience
• In charge of assisting with the consolidation/assessment of the company\xe2\x80\x99s monthly performance metrics (eg. Headcount, recruitment, talent management etc.)
• In charge of providing the consolidated reports to the company\xe2\x80\x99s key stakeholders to support the decisional process, and achieving completion of the global reporting requirements
• In charge of supporting the company\xe2\x80\x99s various business initiatives, assisting with the required corporate/regional projects, and completing the integration of all common and central processes
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant industries
