We are currently partnering with an international professional services company on a newly created HR Business Partner opportunity. As a global professional firm with employees spread across 19 offices including Australia, China, Hong Kong, UK and Singapore to name a few.

The HR Business Partner will function on an international remit within an individual contributor position, operating in a generalist portfolio covering the full spectrum of HR matters whilst driving strategy and navigating relationships across an international scale. A large part of your portfolio will be focusing on emerging markets as the business grows and scales out internationally and you\xe2\x80\x99ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to influence decision making and implement strategic change. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have exposure to exciting HR transformation projects, people and culture initiatives and work closely with Business and Country Heads within a dynamic and lean HR team.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll bring at least 6+ years of HR generalist experience and be comfortable operating in an individual contributor role within a matrix and international environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have prior exposure scaling business growth whilst navigating multiple relationships on a global remit and preferably bring knowledge and understanding of employee relations in different countries. You should be self-sufficient when required and be able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders comfortably.
