We are delighted to be partnering with an international professional services firm who are looking to identify a newly created HR Business Partner to be based in their Singapore office. With offices based in China, Europe and Asia, the firm providing consulting and advisory services to some of the leading luxury retail companies across the world. Whilst the business continues to experience impressive growth, the HR Business Partner should be driven by purpose and passion to help promote a collaborative and immersive culture.

Your role will report directly into the Co-Founder of the business based overseas, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll come in to lead a full spectrum of HR business partnering and strategic matters for the Singapore and China business. You\xe2\x80\x99ll play a vital part in maintaining a streamlined employee lifecycle, from onboarding matters to the employee journey in between, whilst being at the forefront of initiating certain engagement initiatives to enhance a collaborative environment. As the firm continues to expand, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also support recruiting matters whilst helping to pipeline potential candidates and be someone who is able to nurture long-term relationships both internally and externally.

You should bring at least 5 years of experience across a wide spectrum of HR including business partnering, HR operations and employee engagement initiatives (L&D, talent management, employee activities etc.) You should be familiar with Singapore employment law and have a thorough understanding of HR processes and systems. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be someone who is naturally proactive, detail-minded and is unafraid to overcommunicate when necessary. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be passionate about making a difference and creating a more collaborative working environment and understand how to navigate and manage at times challenging stakeholders with an open-mind and flexible attitude.
