Currently, we are seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner for the SEA region to provide expert guidance and support to their leadership team in all facets of Human Resources.

Job Summary:

As the HR Business Partner for the SEA region, you will play a pivotal role in our organization\xe2\x80\x99s journey towards a transformative HR approach. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Head, your responsibilities will encompass providing comprehensive HR business partnering support across the SEA region, which encompasses 8 diverse markets.

What sets this role apart is its central role in guiding our client through an exciting HR transformation initiative currently underway across the region. This transformation underscores the critical importance of change management, effective communication, and forward-thinking strategies in our HR practices.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and coach to empower them with the knowledge and insights required to navigate complex HR challenges and opportunities. Your influence will extend to every facet of HR, from talent acquisition and development to performance management and organizational culture.

Key elements of your role will include identifying and implementing innovative HR initiatives that align with our dynamic business environment.
