Job Description

Responsibilities





Business Partnership:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their business objectives and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business goals.

Talent Management:



Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop talent acquisition strategies. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Implement talent management programs, such as performance management, succession planning, and leadership development. Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Employee Relations:



Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Organizational Development:



Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support business objectives. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

HR Operations:



Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records. Prepare HR reports and metrics to track key HR trends and performance. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in a multinational company. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
