As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experience HR Business Partner with a special focus on process improvement to join our team and lead HR initiatives that support our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee inquiries, office administration, and IT coordination across the Southeast Asia region, ensuring seamless support and operational continuity.
Partner with Country Leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, driving efficiency, equity, and a consistently positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement strategic hiring frameworks in close collaboration with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Administer a broad spectrum of HR functions including employee records management, recruitment and selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with Company strategy and compliant with employment laws across Southeast Asia.
Lead compliance and governance efforts related to people operations, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Drive regional HR, office administration, and IT initiatives and projects in alignment with organizational goals and transformation efforts.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting and analysis on HR and administrative metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Manage relationships with HR, office administration, and IT vendors and service providers across Southeast Asia to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Undertake special HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
Relevant Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or IHRP-CP or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist and Business Partnering; Specialize as an in-house talent acquisition or recruiter is preferred;
Experience in recruitment & selection process;
Employee engagement experience in regional role would be an added advantage;
In-depth knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices; knowledge of Southeast Asia Employment Law and HR best practices would be an added advantage;
Ability to work independently with high level of commitment, resilient and able to cope with ambiguity;
Ability to speak in Bahasa would be added advantage;
High reliability and integrity in handling confidential information;
Strong written and verbal communications skills;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
