General Scope of Work

The incumbent will work directly with an organization\'s senior leadership to develop and direct the HR agenda that closely supports organizational goals for all divisions in Otis.

Job Responsibilities:

Define, drive and implement the human resource agenda, policies and procedures of the country; Act as a consultant and enabler in building strong sustainable relationships across the organisation; Collaborate with the HR Operations and the regional COEs\xe2\x80\x99 on ensuring the smooth workflow of the inter-departments while representing the country management team steering HR matters; Acts as change agent to the business through process design that support change and transformation \xe2\x80\x93 striving to lead mutual processes that are best in class; Prepare, assess, analyze and present HR trends and metrics that reflects how business metrics is driven; Plan and execute annual budgets related to the people agenda Coach leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; performance management and Assess staffing and skill needs and design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. Ensure that talent pipeline for the country is managed in a robust timely manner; Manage unions and its members through strong engagement and communication channels; Lead and support annual HR deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; survey feedback management;

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including labor relations law & compliance requirements
  • Proven client management and business literacy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees through complex and difficult issues
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently; organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues;
  • Proven acuity in MS office suite and data-base management
Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources or psychology Eight (8) years of HR management experience, 5 of which must be within MNC as a HRBP
