HR Business Partner Working Hour :Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary : $3500-4000 Location: Ubi Crescent Job * Drive, plan and coordinate talent acquisition through various means to meet the m HR Business Partner Working Hour :Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary : $3500-4000 Location: Ubi Crescent Job Drive, plan and coordinate talent acquisition through various means to meet the manpower needs of the departments in line with the strategic business plan Prepare salary proposals for all new hires through ensuring both internal and external equity for staff. Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding activities for all staff. Advise supervisors and departments on ways to resolve staff issues in accordance with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices, HR policies and Singapore employment legislations Implement and support staff engagement activities Coordinate the Learning Needs Analysis and all training and sponsorship/scholarship matters. Handle all licensing related matters for the company. Application of relevant permits and passes for all foreign workers. Handle all leave applications and queries from all staff. Involve in Salary Benchmarking and Manpower Budget exercise. Manage the salary increment exercise.
