The People, Performance & Culture team ensures the effective delivery of all Human Resource activities in the firm. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Compensation & Benefits team. As an intern, you will be supporting areas related to: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Development ("PD") and People Initiatives Projects.
As a Compensation & Benefits intern, your duties will include but not limited to: Support the team in day-to-day benefits and PD administration, providing operational support in the smooth delivery of HR services to the business
Support the team on the annual review exercises, including budget, appraisals
Assist and resolving staff queries for benefits and PD related issues
Assist and manage employee benefit roadshows and events
Assist and maintain benefits and PD related intranet pages
Manage corporate discounts with vendors
Maintain and update files and databases
Assist in reporting and analytics
Assist in working with the internal communications team to coordinate employee activities / programmes
Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned
The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes: Resourceful, well organized, meticulous and good team player with a positive mindset
Motivated to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
