Job Description

Our client is a UK-based professional services MNC with a base in Singapore. They are looking for an exceptional HR Advisor (12-month FTC) to join their personable, friendly, and resourceful team where you will be working collaboratively with the Regional Head of HR and the leading experts in the industry.

You will operate in a broad HR Generalist /HR Advisor position. You will work closely with the business, overseeing the full employment life cycle, and provide the internal stakeholders with proactive and consultative advice. This includes taking the lead on recruitment, HR projects, streamlining HR processes, revamping HR policies, employee relations, and producing new HR initiatives.

The key to your success will be your ability to communicate with senior leaders while also being operationally strong and delivery focused. You must be able to build strong relationships and credibility quickly.

Essential: We are looking for a HR Generalist / Advisor currently operating in another global professional services organisation (consultancy, real estate, legal, accountancy preferred), with experience partnering directly with leadership as part of a lean and collaborative HR team, managing the full HR generalist remit.
