We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is self-motivated and is able to pick-up the relevant industry knowledge quickly.
Sales Role
Strategise the approaches for target prospects and execute them.
Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, developing contacts, facilitating presentations, pricing proposals, negotiations and closing deals
Actively lead, monitor and close sales deals
Cultivate inbound sales leads and generate new business opportunities via outbound activities
Work closely with digital marketing team to best position the company brand to increase sales opportunities
Assess customer pain points and provide solutions to narrow their gaps
Develop required corporate relationships and executive engagement to support customer success
Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior management
Consulting
Support team members in discovery sessions with clients to identify clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and propose appropriate solutions
Leverage strong business and technology acumen to enable clients to be successful
Service Delivery
Ensure strong collaboration between client relations and the rest of the functional teams in delivering distinctive client value
Work with customer success and conduct periodic reviews to assess the overall clients service satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales of SaaS products or is able to pick up quickly
Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently
Experience in translating the understanding of clients\xe2\x80\x99 business strategies or pain points to tactical sales plans
Senior stakeholders management skills
Effective communicator across all levels, mature, self-awareness and emotional intelligence
A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
A tertiary qualification / HR-trained advantageous
