Requirements
- At least 3 years or above work experiences in HR
- At least diploma and above in HR related disciplines
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
- Managing staff wellness initiatives.
- Improving relations between staff and employers.
- Evaluating staffing needs.
- Recruiting according to company requirements .
- Managing and allocating HR funds.
- Engaging with heads of department and oversee KPI for employees.
- Identify, development and implementation of people and HR programs
