We are looking for an intern who is keen to learn on how to provide exceptional HR support and guidance to our clients. This role is ideal for fresh diploma or degree graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the HR industry. No prior HR experience? No problem! We will provide on-the-job training and mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
What You'll Learn & Do
Client Support & Communication
: Assist in handling client inquiries and provide administrative HR support under the guidance of senior team members.
Recruitment Operations
: Support day-to-day recruitment activities such as screening resumes, arranging interviews, and preparing candidate reports.
Onboarding Coordination
: Help facilitate the onboarding process for clients and new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
HR Projects & Research
: Contribute to internal HR projects, data collection, and market research to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Compliance & Learning
: Learn about HR laws, employment guidelines, and best practices to better understand compliance requirements in Singapore.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and the operations team to deliver efficient HR solutions and participate in team discussions and reviews.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in learning about recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking initiative.
Able to work well both independently and within a team environment.
