About Our Client
Our client is one of the top private equity firms in Asia that is looking to expand its presence in Singapore, they have offices globally with investments across Southeast Asia, North America & Europe. They have over USD70 billion AUM where they manage capital for institutional clients as well as investing in sectors predominantly in technology, consumer and financial services.

With its expansion plans, they are looking to hire a Management Consultant with key expertise in Human Resources to join their portfolio management team.


As part of the portfolio management team, you will report to the Portfolio Management team lead with the following responsibilities:

• Working closely with the team in providing advise and recommendation from a HR perspective, managing client portfolios from various industries,
• Assist various portfolios in performing HR risk assessment, conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure
• Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training
• and subsequently review the needs of the business and provide the right interventions in the aspects of organisational development, change management, talent management
• Designing and implementing performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals
• Present and communicate the senior leaders of the business to ensure buy-in
• Manage team resources and support the development of junior team members

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have:

• At least 6 - 12 years of experience, as the client is looking for varied levels to join the team
• With experience in management consulting firms / HR consulting firms / similar business to a private equity is needed
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Great presentation skills
