As an international aesthetics clinic chain, we are looking for a driven executive in HR and corporate services. As the group has presence in Shanghai and Singapore, the candidate should possess good command of English and Mandarin and be able to work comfortably across difference cultures with Singaporean and Chinese counterparts within the group.   • Full cycle of recruitment process and selection right up to offer of employment.
  • Draft employment, promotion and increment letters with guidance of templates and supervisor.
  • Update and generate monthly reports for annual leave, mc and other absence reports.
  • Shortlist and report monthly the list of staff with their career history those who may be due for reviews using computerised HR systems
  • Update and conduct orientation to new joiners.
  • Prepare and update HR policy, operational policy for new joiners / existing staff, using the latest HR announcements.
  • Prepare internal memorandum, assist in general correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal government requirements in force.
  • General HR administrative duties and any other adhoc assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Degree or diploma in Administration Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Good command in English, organised and able to follow structured work procedures at work.
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors.
  • Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).
  • Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive and able to work under pressure.
