Description
Scope:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, performance appraisal, recruitment, staff welfare and training activities
- Assist in reviewing and implementation of performance appraisal exercise, HR policies and projects
- Administering and maintaining accurate employee records, leave system, insurance and medical claims
- Ensure timely submission for statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves
- To prepare monthly payroll reports and ad hoc reports
- Preparation and drafting of HR related correspondence/letters and reports.
- Liaise with HODs on hiring needs, screening for candidates & arranging interviews
- Conducts orientation/induction program for new employee
- Administration for new hire, confirmation & promotion
- Handle the clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal
- Handle pass application / renewal / cancellation / appeals etc
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
Reconcile accounts payable with suppliers\' statements
Assist with month end closing
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant HR/Accounts experiences
- Proficient with Excel
