To assist daily operations of HR and Finance departments
Recruitment: Job ads posting, shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews
Application / Issuance / Renewal of work passes for foreign employees
Prepare monthly payroll and CPF submission
Assist in periodic work performance review and appraisal
Attend and resolve employee relation matters
Handle all employment related matter (Confirmation, warning, termination, dismissal etc...)
Submit all related government claims (NS / Maternity / Paternity / Childcare Leave etc…)
All kinds of government grants application
Renewal of employee and office insurance
Update company policy and SOP as per instructed by the GM
Able to Handle Basic Accounting
i. AR (Billing, Customer Outstanding Payment, SOA, etc..) and AP (Verify Vendor’s Invoices, Payment Advice, etc..)
ii. Check and process staff expenses claim
iii. Yearly Income Tax Submission
iv. IR21 Submission for Foreign Employees
13. Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance
14. Provide other ad hoc duties or administrative support to the department assigned by the direct reporting officer
Job requirements
Diploma or degree in human resources, accounting, business or equivalent is preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations and accounting
Familiar with Singapore employment act, CPF and IRAS regulations
Proficient in MS office applications (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must understand the importance of confidentiality in the workplace
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
Meticulous, organized and sharp attention to details
Carry out assigned task independently with minimal supervision
Positive working attitude with initiative
Have strong sense of responsibility
Able to speak, write and understand in English
Able to commit immediately or within short notice will be added advantage
