Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Position Title: HR cum Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Hougang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5.45pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus (At least 1 month)
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle payroll processes, including CPF submission, self-contribution, and SDL.
- Manage income tax submissions (IR8A & IR21).
- Oversee application and renewal of work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permits), Core Trade & Safety courses, and company insurance.
- Manpower management: Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing and explaining recruitment appointment letters, coordinating onboarding, arranging training, liaising with candidates' superiors, conducting exit interviews, and managing offboarding.
- Minimum GCE O level with at least 1 year of related working experience, in both HR and Accounts functions.
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice.
