Main Responsibilities
Monthly processing for claims, payroll & CPF
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
Responsible for the processing of government claims and application
Responsible for issuance of P.O. and procurement of stocks
Responsible for generating accurate quotations and tax invoices.
Manage AP/AR, petty cash and related filing system.
Responsible for initial correspondence between external stakeholders such as suppliers, business partners, clients etc.
General administrative duties such as maintaining an electronic and paper filing system for all documents, photocopying, mailing, purchasing and managing office/pantry supplies.
Requirement:
Diploma, Degree or Equivalent
Min 1 year of working experience in similar role or IT industry
Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Skills (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Experience with HRM/CRM/helpdesk system will be beneficial
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
