1. Assist on daily administrative activities
2. Undertake office admin duties such as handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents
3. Monitor staff’s attendance
4. Order/Dispatch of Uniforms and name tags for outlet staffs
5. Update and maintain shop tenancy agreement and SFA license
6. Respond to employee enquires
7. Assist in permit apply (WP/SP/EP)
8. Provide basic administrative support to the department
9. Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned
10. 5 working days
