We are seeking for a motivated and self-disciplined incumbent to join us as a HR Associate to accomplish efficiency on HR operational activities and walk through employee's lifecycle as a team player in the HR department. The successful incumbent will have the opportunity to attain the next level of career development at the position of managerial level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Computer and payroll system, IRAS, IR21, WICA, Security bond, Insurance Premiums.
WPOL, EPOL, myMOMportal and MOM related issues.
Uphold safety rules and review of safety breaches of workers.
Attend to and manage worker needs, complains, feedback on a daily basis whenever neccessary.
Handle the application of training grants and liaise with training vendors for external training programs
Conduct periodic reviews and assist in the enhancement of HR Policies & Procedures / SOP to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Assist in the driving/implementation of new HR initiatives
Preparation of HR Management Reports
Assist in ad-hoc HR related jobs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of HR/ Admin experience
Good knowledgable and understanding in the laws of Ministry of Manpower Singapore, which include the laws to hiring and termination of employee's contract, compensation and penalties, TADM, Employee Claim Tribunals.
Knowledgable in safety standards that workers have to comply when working at site or factories
Knowledgable about the different training courses that workers and staff have to undergo before able to be tasked and assigned to a specific job, (For example, what an individual must hold to be able to be an RA leader?)
Capable in solving and managing worker's day to day issue, complaints and awareness raised.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Drafting of Letters.
Good team player with the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Knowledge of InfoTech will be advantageous.
Good writing and communication skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of people.
