Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resignation processes for site and office staff.
Handle payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, work passes, and company HR policies.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, office supplies, and scheduling.
Assist in training coordination, safety briefings, and staff welfare activities.
Liaise with project managers and site supervisors on manpower planning.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR/admin experience (construction industry preferred).
Knowledge of MOM regulations, work pass applications, and employment laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
