HR cum Operations Assistant Office Location: Kallang Way/ Aljunied Area Working Location: North Bridge Road Working Hours: 8am-5pm Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday Salary: $2000-$2800 (Depends o HR cum Operations Assistant Office Location: Kallang Way/ Aljunied Area Working Location: North Bridge Road Working Hours: 8am-5pm Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday Salary: $2000-$2800 (Depends on experience) Job scope Filing of documents Daily updating of attendance (Leave, MCs, etc.) Collection of leave forms, MC, employment contracts from cleaners Paper work submission of name list, etc. to security/building management for cleaning works Paper work preparation of job sheet signs off to operations team and filing Recruitment of cleaners (e.g. Place job ads and tend to recruitment calls) Coordination work with operations team and clients Record stock orders from cleaners Check stock before delivery to site Equipment movement records (Recording and filing) Any other duties assigned by operations manager
