Working Hours:8:30AM~5:30PM, 5.5 days

HR Responsibilities:


Recruitment:

Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.

Payroll:

Preparing monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, and statutory deductions.

Employee Records:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies.
Purchasing Responsibilities:


Procurement Documentation:

Preparing purchase orders, tax invoices, and delivery orders.

Supplier Management:

Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and maintaining records of purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence.

Coordination:

Coordinating goods delivery and managing payment collections.

Negotiation:

Participating in negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, contracts, and terms.
Combined Responsibilities:


Communication:

Effectively communicating with various departments to understand their needs and ensure smooth operations.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records for both HR and purchasing activities.

Policy Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with both HR and procurement policies. *

Budget Management:

Managing budgets related to both HR and procurement activities.
