Salt is hiring a 'Talent Generalist' to be a part of the extended APAC Talent (HR) team based in Japan/S. Korea. You will be the "face" of Talent for the employees in Japan and S. Korea & the first point of contact for all matters around employee engagement and experience.The team utilizes technology and focuses on creating a transparent talent framework along with preserving and driving its amazing culture that allows teams to thrive and succeed.Responsibilities: . Embody the core values of the organization and represent the friendly, genuine, and passionate culture by being a host to our employees with their queries. . Create and deploy connect mechanisms that help you connect with the pulse of teams and across Japan and S. Korea . Anchor employee connect sessions based on key touch points that include new hire 1:1s, focus group discussions, exit interviews etc. . Support Managers with guidance that enables a great employee experience and builds high performing teams . Management reporting and driving the talent analytics and insights work; preparing Workday reports to help support the leadership teams as per needs . Policy: Work with Talent Partners and Legal team to write, implement and execute policies and procedures in APAC . Proactively educate managers in Japan and S. Korea around applicable Talent policies. . Employee Experience: Partner with other Employee Experience members across APAC and globally . Talent Projects: Participate in regional project work or initiatives on the enhancement of the employee experience and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including process improvements, automation, and data & insights.Requirements . 3-5 Years relevant HR partnering experience in a MNC setup . Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner: prior experience in a Site HR setup would be an advantage . Strong written and verbal communications either in Korean or Japanese languages . Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, including reporting, synthesizing data to identify themes and create solutions to address those issues . Experience in international working environment through virtual conferencing . Ability to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable . Awareness of applicable Labour Laws in Japan and S. Korea an advantage . An interest in travel is a plus!Manage your job search in the right direction by applying via the links below.
