Job Description


s:Together with the project team, conduct and support comprehensive HR data mapping analysis between existing HR systems and target systemCollaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration processesLead data transformation efforts with HR teams, ensuring data integrity, consistency, compliance with organizational and project standardsWork with the project team to develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules and migration processesDevelop and maintain data migration documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, and transformation logic.Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for efficiency and performance.Establish and implement quality assurance measures to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration.Provide support to HR teams on data transformation proceduresPeriod:

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pmSalary:
  • Up to $5,500 (depending on experience)
