Job Description
Our client is an investment company offering an extensive range of food and beverage services, including manufacturing, logistics, and retail operations.Responsibilities:
- Oversee transformational projects that promote creativity and flexibility for long-term achievement.
- Use data analytics to guide HR decisions, improving workforce efficiency.
- Innovate HR processes by leveraging technology and streamlining operations.
- Maintain stakeholders updated and engaged by communicating changes effectively.
- Team up with leadership to build an inclusive and positive culture that aligns transformation efforts with business objectives.
- Batchelor degree in Business or human resource management
- least 5 years of work experience in HR transformation, workforce analytics, or process improvement.
- Solid understanding of HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
