[What you will be working on]
Leverage HR tools and technologies, including generative AI, to automate routine tasks, generate insights, and improve decision-making.
Collaborate with HR departments to implement process improvements and technology solutions, e.g. identifying automation opportunities and incorporating case management tools into their workflow.
Partner teams to understand requirements and conduct data analysis for HR surveys, staff feedback, etc.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
