- Overseeing the full fledge of HR functions and lead direct reports (SG & MY)
- Drive changes, and improvement within the department
- Be a strategic business partner
- Experienced and adaptable with fast-paced environment
- Experienced in leading the HR team
- Have good stakeholder management
