Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and business needs. Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Develop and monitor HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR programs. Advise senior management on HR-related matters and provide strategic counsel. Cultivate a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Will be considered for director role, depending on seniority Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills. * Strategic mindset with the ability to execute at a tactical level.
