Design and lead company-wide performance management processes (calibration, feedback, ratings, promotions)
Partner with founders to define and evolve org structure as we scale
Launch career frameworks, progression ladders, and learning & development programs
Design and iterate on fair, motivating, and scalable compensation and rewards structures - including salary bands, performance bonuses, and recognition mechanisms
Culture & Employee Engagement (20%)
Champion our values and foster a high-engagement culture across all offices
Design and run pulse surveys, act on feedback, and drive initiatives that create a sense of belonging
Build programs that celebrate individuality while supporting high performance
People Operations, Compliance & Systems (20%)
Own and improve HR systems, processes, and documentation (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, policies)
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across our 3 markets
Monitor key people metrics (hiring speed, unwanted attrition, employee NPS)
Skills & Qualifications
8-12+ years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven ability to lead and scale people teams in high-growth environments (FMCG or startup a bonus)
Strong generalist across talent, org design, performance, and engagement
Exceptional judgment and high EQ - you balance heart and head in tough decisions
A systems thinker who enjoys building from scratch and making things better
