The role focuses on establishing guidelines, providing tools for HR and Finance, and fostering a culture of workforce planning education. It supports HR Business Partners in creating scalable, consistent workforce plans. As part of the leadership team under the CHRO\'s office, you will work in close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of technology and analytics, ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to meet its objectives effectively.About the roleYou will focus on leading and optimizing the Workforce Planning Centre of Excellence by providing HR consultative guidance, establishing scalable workforce planning practices, and integrating strategic human capital insights. You will also develop comprehensive solutions that align people, processes, data, and systems, while collaborating with various stakeholders such as HR Operations, Technology, Finance, and Business teams. Responsibilities include regular enhancement of workforce planning processes, setting success metrics, coaching HR teams, and ensuring a skills-based approach to meet market demands. Apart from the mentioned, the role involves forecasting workforce needs, analyzing workforce data in relation to market trends, and advising leadership. This role works closely with HR data and insights teams, supporting Talent Acquisition, partnering with finance teams on headcount impacts, overseeing organizational change management, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Regular reporting to the CHRO on workforce planning progress and outcomes is also a key aspect of the role.What you will bring along with youYou will have over 10 years of experience in translating strategic workforce planning into actionable outcomes, with a proven track record of leading a team and passionate about embarking on a HR transformation journey from scratch. You should have a deep understanding of workforce planning principles, methodologies, and tools, alongside organizational development and change management initiatives. Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for addressing complex workforce challenges. You should be highly proficient in analyzing and interpreting workforce data to drive strategy, with the ability to align workforce plans with organizational goals. Possessing exceptional leadership and communication skills, including experience in leading workforce planning projects and collaborating effectively with senior business leaders and stakeholders at all levels will be a mandate. You will also display excellent facilitation skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
