The client is a global chocolate and cocoa products manufacturing company. It is one of the world\'s largest suppliers of chocolate and cocoa products to the food and beverage industry. The company operates across the entire cocoa and chocolate value chain, from sourcing raw cocoa to producing a wide range of chocolate products.
Description
The key responsibilities would include work on systems set up and communications (Eg: create engaging communication materials in layman terms on HR, insurance, benefits policies etc to be posted on PeopleDoc, the client\'s benefits APP/portal for employees to access and read).
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to recruitment efforts by coordinating interview logistics to enhance the efficiency during the process.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assume responsibility for pre-employment tasks for new hires, including documentation management, integration into HR systems, arranging medical check-ups, organizing essential training, managing personnel files, and coordinating orientations.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and update employee data for blue-collar workers within SuccessFactors.
\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee administrative matters for passes, ensuring timely application, renewal, and cancellation of work and employment passes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage exit procedures, encompassing salary-related administration from notice confirmation to employee departure, in alignment with Country HR Lead and Site HR.
\xe2\x97\x8f Support administrative duties, including insurance matters, maternity, marriage, and child care leave maintenance, and ensure accuracy of data for annual leave entitlements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in the project to review and implement ATOSS and payroll interface, monitoring employee clock-ins/outs, and addressing discrepancies with Supervisors.
\xe2\x97\x8f Engage in the project to enhance PeopleDoc for Singapore, ensuring access to HR information for employees and timely resolution of submitted requests.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain accurate employee data for statutory surveys and company reporting needs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead WellBean initiatives for sites and provide assistance in company events and training activities as needed.
Profile
At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
Basic understanding of Singapore Employment Laws and Regulations required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google and Video-creation platforms required to enhance employee engagement.
Excellent communication skills required to liaise with internal employees and stakeholders.
