Managing day-to-day employee matters (e.g. onboarding and offboarding)
Coordinate recruitment and selection activities (job portals management, job advertisement, candidate screening, shortlisting, interviewing of candidates, etc)
Overseeing work pass matters for all foreign employees
Maintaining the recruitment database and other HR assets including employee records, employment contracts and other HR related documents
Taking part in HR related activities, projects, and initiatives
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
