Handle full cycle of HR functions duties
Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process, including recruitment & screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection, placement performance management, Training & Development
Handle and resolve employees\' queries and issue
Handle employee Insurance
Responsible for statutory payment submissions and claims - IRAS (IR21, IR8A), tax clearance for non-Singaporean, Government-Paid maternity, paternity and childcare leave, etc.
Responsible for MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations any changes for foreign workers, and Survey,as well as foreign worker quota administration.
Full Set Monthly Payroll; Generate Monthly staff commission Report from system, design and develop a sales target scheme in supporting of the Company\'s goal and requirement
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
