Job Description
$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Handle full cycle of HR functions duties
- Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process, including recruitment & screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection, placement performance management, Training & Development
- Handle and resolve employees\' queries and issue
- Handle employee Insurance
- Responsible for statutory payment submissions and claims - IRAS (IR21, IR8A), tax clearance for non-Singaporean, Government-Paid maternity, paternity and childcare leave, etc.
- Responsible for MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations any changes for foreign workers, and Survey,as well as foreign worker quota administration.
- Full Set Monthly Payroll; Generate Monthly staff commission Report from system, design and develop a sales target scheme in supporting of the Company\'s goal and requirement
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
