Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll, CPF, SDF, and income tax (IR8A, IR21)
Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity claim and training grant
Prepare monthly payroll and HR reports for management reporting and statutory purposes
Prepare and generate appraisals letters for increment appraisals and promotion
Handle all clearance for resignation / termination / dismissal
Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
Generate and prepare staff and workers\' payslips
Assist internal and external HR audit
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
General knowledge of Employment Act is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
