Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offering and new hire onboarding.
Responsible for work pass application / renewal / cancellation / appeals.
Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate. employee records.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations counseling, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
To drive employee's engagement activities and not limited to company event and teambuilding activities.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
