HR Executive (Recruitment, Learning & Development) Working days: 5 days (Wednesday WFH) WFO timing - Flexible working hours from 7am to 10am and 4.30pm to 7.30pm depending on what time the employee s HR Executive (Recruitment, Learning & Development) Working days: 5 days (Wednesday WFH) WFO timing - Flexible working hours from 7am to 10am and 4.30pm to 7.30pm depending on what time the employee start work (To clock 42.5hours/week.) WFH timing - 8.30am to 6pm Location: Clementi Salary: Up to $3500 Job Requirement . Minimum Diploma with experience in handling recruitment, learning & development program . Handle recruitment process (including placement of job advertisements, interview arrangements, conduct reference checks . Manage employee personal file and HR administration such as on-boarding/offboarding arrangement, staff confirmation, letters, work permits, etc . Assist in training processes such as sourcing for training courses, course registration, claims submission . Ensure ISO documents and training records are updated promptly . Handle staff inquiries pertaining to HR matters such as leave balance, etc Other HR functions duties may be assigned from time to time.
