Role purpose

The HR Executive (Temp) will provide operational support to HR team for SEA. This role will be involved in talent acquisition, employee engagement, hr and benefits administration.

Role responsibilities include, but not limited to \xe2\x80\x93

Recruitment Administration

  • Coordinate induction programme for office new hire
  • Liaise with IT on setting up of equipment and email address for office new hire
  • Prepare welcome pack for new hire
  • Administer new hire employment contract
  • Maintain e-pile/workday
Payroll Administration
  • Check on OT calculation
  • Check on PT timesheet
  • Checking on Unpaid Leave
  • Support in checking of flexi claim receipts and work with Finance to prepare payment
  • Prepare AWS payment for retail
  • Ensure accuracy on commission pay-out computed by retail/payroll vendor
  • Tally resignee\xe2\x80\x99s leave balance with Store Manager/Department Head
Employee Engagement
  • Involve and support in all employee engagement activities including ad hoc celebration, well being, and volunteering activities
HR Administration
  • Prepare Certificate of Employment
  • Monitor probation tracking with HRBP and prepare confirmation letter
  • Prepare acceptance of resignation and termination letter
  • Work Pass application and renewal
  • Registration and De registration of insurance
  • PO and invoice checking if any
  • Office Administration if any
Benefit Administration
  • Leave administration - checking on leave balance of different types of leave
  • Work with retail operations on complimentary products
  • Insurance registration and deregistration
  • Coordinate insurance briefing
What we are looking for
  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives

  • Solid experience in HR operations
  • Experience within retail, customer service, or hospitality industries.
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Good knowledge in HR operational matters and employment act for SG and MY
  • Prior experience in Workday will be added advantage
  • Good organizing and time management skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
