Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will provide guidance and support to line managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR practices that enhance employee morale and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role encompasses various HR functions, with key focus in business partnering, compensation and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in employee relations through counseling and advisory services.
• Coordinate and administer the performance appraisal process & administer the budgeting process.
• Participate in remuneration surveys as required.
• Manage recruitment activities, including in-house and recruitment agency sourcing, selection, and salary proposal preparation.
• Handle work pass applications and logistics for new hires.
• Prepare for new hire onboarding, including orientation and P-file creation.
• Prepare HR, Headcount, and other relevant reports.
• Oversee the company\'s talent management initiatives.
• Take accountability for all aspects of talent management and succession planning.
• Participate in HR-related surveys and market research to stay abreast of market trends and policies.
• Handle other HR administrative and ad hoc activities.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Business/HR management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years\' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
