Provide support for regional HR operations across various Asian subsidiaries, including recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle management, promotions, and performance appraisals.
Liaise with HQ on HR initiatives such as system improvements, process standardization, and reporting requirements.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between regional HR teams and global stakeholders.
Assist in developing and harmonizing HR policies and procedures across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR role with a strong understanding of core HR functions.
Prior experience in regional HR projects or working with international teams is an advantage.
Strong command of business English (both verbal and written) is required. Proficiency in Korean is also necessary for communication with Korean headquarters.
