Responsible for all HR operational matters such as new hire onboarding, resolving operational problems and clarify benefits.
Main focal point for all MOM work passes regulatory matters.
Prepares weekly and monthly OT reports
The person shall interact with all levels of management and staff
Provide HR operations partnership and advisory services to business unit managers in the areas of HR functions such as employees\' benefits and work pass queries.
Develop, maintain, and update all workforce administration records and files strictly in a confidential manner
Responsible to work with employees and their managers on employees external training course registrations. Maintain all necessary training records and files to support review and audits (internal and external).
Coordinate employment contract and onboarding for interns
Support any others ad-hoc project as assigned and HR improvement projects).
Job Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
Minimum of at least 2 years in HR environment.
Experienced working in a multinational company environment.
Worked in a shared service team (would be an advantage)
