Job Description
- Responsible for all HR operational matters such as new hire onboarding, resolving operational problems and clarify benefits.
- Main focal point for all MOM work passes regulatory matters.
- Prepares weekly and monthly OT reports
- The person shall interact with all levels of management and staff
- Provide HR operations partnership and advisory services to business unit managers in the areas of HR functions such as employees\' benefits and work pass queries.
- Develop, maintain, and update all workforce administration records and files strictly in a confidential manner
- Responsible to work with employees and their managers on employees external training course registrations. Maintain all necessary training records and files to support review and audits (internal and external).
- Coordinate employment contract and onboarding for interns
- Support any others ad-hoc project as assigned and HR improvement projects).
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
- Minimum of at least 2 years in HR environment.
- Experienced working in a multinational company environment.
- Worked in a shared service team (would be an advantage)
